Baruch College’s Ecuadorian Club celebrated “Carnavalito” with games, cultural performances, a photo booth and authentic cuisine on April 2 during club hours. “Carnavalito” is an Ecuadorian carnival that is a major national holiday, which celebrates excess and abundance before a six-week period known as “Cuaresma” or Lent — a period of sobriety and prudence.
