March 7 marked the 45th anniversary of one of late singer-songwriter David Bowie’s most well-known and iconic works, Young Americans. The record, released in 1975, was Bowie’s ninth studio album and reached No. 9 on the U.K. album charts and sold 500,000 units alone in the United States.
