One useful tip was to use the note-taking app Evernote to essentially just do a brain dump and write things that are stressful or need to be done.

Doing so is especially helpful for falling asleep faster, as seeing the worries on paper makes them tangible and calms the body down, according to the speaker.

Gonzalez also placed an emphasis on prioritizing sleep, food and exercise.

She recommended The New York Times’s “7 Minute Challenge” as a way for even the busiest of students to get daily exercise in.
