Students at Baruch College's annual "Paris By Night" had the opportunity to explore Vietnamese culture. The event, hosted by the Vietnamese Student Association on Dec. 5, had a variety of foods, including shrimp and vermicelli summer rolls, savory fried pancakes, called Banh Xeo, and vegetarian vermicelli noodles.
