“In each case, the College has made efforts to mitigate the negative impact by assigning more public safety staff, running express elevators during busy times, obtaining and distributing space heaters, and bringing on more custodians to clean the usable bathrooms during the water failure,” Cobb said in the email about the actions taken in response to the rising issues during construction.

Phase 2 plans for Lex 17 include 23rd Street entrance revamp including an American Disabilities
Act access, upgraded and gender-neutral bathrooms, upgrades on Mason Hall and the stairs and a possible BPAC Multi-Purpose Room.

However, there is no information on when the Phase 2 and the overall construction for Lex 17 will end.
